1. 施設利用は誰の責任の下で行うことを前提となっているか?　Who is responsible for using the facility?

Hint: 研究代表者(指導教員)は学生が施設を利用していることを把握する必要があります。　Research representative(Supervisor) needs to be know that students are utilizing the facilities.

2. 利用者登録は毎年必要か?　Is user registration required every year?

Hint: 毎年3月に新年度の募集を行いますが、継続の場合でも利用者登録が必要です。　Applications for the new fiscal year are accepted every March, and user registration is required even if you wish to continue.

3. 設備や機器のインストラクションについて正しいのは?　Which is correct about the instruction of facilities and equipment?

Hint: インストラクションを希望する際は、施設のホームページの「施設への問い合わせ」から希望の日時を3つ提示してください。　To request instructions, please go to the "Contact Us" section of the facility's website, and indicate the three dates and times you would like to attend.

Hint: 実験室で飲食を行うと、実験台や手に付着しているかもしれない微生物や化学薬品が体内に入る危険があります。1階廊下の北側、セミナー室、3階廊下の北側のみ飲食が可能です。　Eating and drinking in the laboratories may pose a risk of microorganisms and chemicals that may be on the lab benches or hands entering the body. Eating and drinking are allowed only on the north side of the 1st and 3rd floor corridor, seminar rooms.

Hint: 毒劇物等の薬品は各グループの薬品保管庫を使用して、研究代表者の責任で管理します。実験を行う際に出たゴミ類は規則に従って各自で処理し、持ち帰ります。毎月第4火曜日に実験室の清掃を実施します。　Each group will use its own chemical storage cabinets. Poisonous and deleterious substances are managed under the responsibility of the research representative. All waste generated during experiments must be disposed of and taken your laboratory by each individual according to the rules and regulations. The laboratories will be cleaned on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

10. 機器予約システムへの入力を行わない場合、どのような不都合が生じるか?　　What inconvenience will occur if you do not input into the instrument reservation system?

Hint: 自身が予約して施設に来たときに、装置を使用している人がいた場合は、管理室に連絡してください。予約が優先されます。　When you arrive at the facility with your reservation and find someone else using the equipment, please contact the management office. Reservations will be given priority.

対象者に対する施設サービスの利用制限　Restrictions on facility service usage for the targeted individuals予約による利用を優先させるため、途中で機器を止めることがある　To prioritize reservation-based usage, the instrument may be stopped midway.

11. e-ラーニング講習の受講が義務付けられてる機器は?　　Which instruments are mandatory for e-learning courses?

Hint: 特定の機器はe-ラーニング講習を受講しないと使用できません。未受講で使用した場合、研究室の機器使用停止となります。　Specific instrument cannot be used without taking the e-learning course. If used without completing the course, the use of the instrument in the laboratory will be suspended.
